DESCRIPTION: Also known as Yellow Leaf Blister the asci are found in pallisade on the reverse side of the raised orange-yellow blisters. SPORES: Spores with bud spores are 2 * 1 um in measurement. Spores from the galls re-infect the new leaf buds in autumn and winter. HABITAT: On the living leaves of various Poplars. SEASON: Summer to early autumn. |
